General
We are not only a hotel, but also a flat! And as we have plenty of space on our 40,000 square metre site, here is our latest highlight: our beach flats. The perfect combination of privacy and comfort awaits you here! You'll stay in a spacious flat and enjoy all the Beach Motel has to offer. Just like all other guests.
The 62 beach flats are spread over a total of 9 houses, each with 4 to 6 accommodation units. There is room for 2 to 6 people in each. And best of all: the view is always towards the water. Either directly onto the sea, the inland lake or the marina. Not to forget: The unique dune landscape that surrounds us!
Flat categories
We have divided our flats into the categories Comfort, Deluxe, Superior, Ocean and Penthouse. As they are available in very different sizes (42 to 106 square metres), the flats each have a small addition: from One Bedroom to Two Bedroom. A number of flats also offer special features such as a cosy sauna, a comfortable bathtub or a bubbling whirlpool. By the way: If features are available, they are reflected in the name of the flats.
Equipment
Modernly furnished flats with one or two bedrooms and a separate dining and living area with kitchenette await you on 42 to 106 square metres. Some flats also offer extras such as children's bedrooms, saunas, free-standing bathtubs or whirlpools.
And what else? Otherwise, our flats are bright and friendly, with a telephone and a docking station for mobile phones. There's also something to watch: a flat-screen TV is of course a must. Some flats also have a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Service
We combine lifestyle and service in our flats - just like at the Beach Motel! That's why you can use the entire facility during your stay just like all other hotel guests. The special thing: It's up to you to decide how much service you want for yourself. You can relax in your flat, enjoy privacy and comfort - and if you feel like it, you can take advantage of the Beach Motel's services.
In concrete terms, this means that you can contact our reception staff around the clock, feast in the Holyharbour Café & Grill restaurant morning, noon and night, enjoy wellness in the Ocean Spa or savour delicious cocktails in the Amore Bar. All expenses at the Beach Motel are conveniently settled on the day of departure. And whether you only want your flat to be cleaned at the end or in between, whether you want to cook for yourself or have us serve you all kinds of tasty treats - it's up to you!
We also offer you a starter pack for a stocked fridge on the day of arrival. You can book the package when you make your reservation and/or up to five days before arrival at the latest, so you can arrive in comfort without having to run to the supermarket for your first errands. After all, we want you to enjoy your holiday with us.
Fresh bread rolls, straight to your flat! On arrival you will receive an order slip where you can select the various baked goods. If you hand this in at reception by 10 pm the day before, we will deliver the baked goods to you by 8.30 am the next day and hang them in your flat. Get up - open the door - enjoy fresh bread rolls! On the roll, get set, go!
Restaurant
During your stay in the flat, you can either cater for yourself - or make a detour to the Beach Motel! In our restaurant Holyharbour Café & Grill we serve delicious dishes with meat or fish, and of course vegetarian options are also available. Homemade cakes and tarts are available as a little treat between meals.
Ocean Spa
A relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea includes wellness! And so that you can get a good dose of feel-good time, the Beach Motel's Ocean Spa is at your disposal. The motto here is: switch off and enjoy - on 600 square metres!
