How can you contact our accounting department? Send us an email with the invoice number and your change request and our colleagues will take care of it.
Iron
Wrinkles in your clothes? No problem. You can borrow an iron and ironing board from reception.
Confirmation
What, no confirmation from us yet? We'll be happy to send you one. Please tell us the date of your stay and the name in which the room is booked and send us an email to buesum@beach-apartments.de
Allergy sufferers
Our duvets and pillows are all allergy-friendly.
Extra bed
Unfortunately, we don't have one.
Bicycle
You can hire bikes in the Cruiser King to the right of the Bretterbude and park them in our bike shed to the right of the dyke 🚲.
Fitness
Unfortunately, we don't have one, but there are many possibilities outdoors.
Lost property
Oh dear - have you forgotten or lost something? What exactly are you missing? We'll be happy to see if we can find it.
Luggage storage
Unfortunately not. We do not have a luggage room, but you are welcome to store your luggage at our reception desk.
Hair dryer aka blow dryer
You will find hairdryers in every flat.
Dog
Dogs are very welcome and allowed in every flat, except in the Riviera Maison. Your dog can be booked for €20.00 per night. Just let us know 🐶.
Dog cushion
Your four-legged friend should be comfortable too. Simply book a dog cushion for €5.00 per night and make yourself cosy.

Meeting room
We don't have any in the Beach Apartments, but you don't have to miss out on productive meetings! Next door in the Bretterbude we have 3 meeting rooms and a cinema that you can hire. Fancy hiring a room? Then simply fill out the form .
Parking
We have sufficient parking spaces in front of the Beach Apartments and in the underground car park. The car park costs €6.00 per day. Of course we also have e-charging points!

No, please don't! We are a non-smoking hotel. 🚭
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and public areas. It is permitted outside and on the balconies!

We have the "Strandschuppen" in the Bretterbude.

Our reception is usually open for you from 09:00-17:30. Outside opening hours you are welcome to contact the Bretterbude.
Room service
Unfortunately, we do not offer room service in the Beach Apartments. However, you are welcome to take food from the restaurant to your flat on request.
SPA
The Ocean Spa is open from 10:00-22:00.
Taxi
We can call you a taxi at reception or you can order one yourself on 04833 669 (Taxi Thiessen).
WLAN
You can surf the WLAN at the Bretterbude. Simply register and off you go 🏄🏾♀️
Safe
There is a safe in every flat.
Games
If you would like to try out a little game, you are welcome to borrow something from our game collection at reception.
Highchair
Can be borrowed subject to availability, but should be requested in advance.
Baby accessories
Bottle steriliser, baby monitor, night light, bottle and baby food warmer, toilet seats for children - all available on request.
Fall-out protection
Can be borrowed subject to availability, please enquire in advance.
