We’ve got room for even the littlest ones. Subject to availability, you can simply book a cot for an extra €5 per night.
Bathrobe & sauna sheet
You can borrow them at reception for a deposit during your stay. Subject to availability, of course.

You can enjoy a drink in a cosy atmosphere at the Bretterbude in the Alter Kutter.

How can you contact our accounts team? Just send us an email, stating the invoice number and your request for a change, and our colleagues will sort it out.
Iron
Creases in your clothes? No problem. You’re welcome to borrow an iron and an ironing board from reception.
Confirmation
What, haven't you received confirmation from us yet? We'd be happy to send you one. Please let us know your dates of stay and the name under which the room is booked, and send us an email at buesum@beach-apartments.de
Allergy sufferers
Our duvets and pillows are all allergy-friendly.
Extra bed
Unfortunately, we don’t have any.
Bicycle
You can hire bikes at Cruiser King, just to the right of the Bretterbude, and park them in our bike shed on the right, towards the dyke 🚲.
Fitness
Unfortunately, we don’t have any, but there are plenty of options outdoors.
Breakfast
At the Strandschuppen in the Bretterbude Büsum, there’s a generous breakfast buffet every day for €19.90 per person.
Children aged 6–12 pay €10.00 per person.

Lost Property
Oh dear – have you forgotten or lost something? What exactly are you missing? We’d be happy to have a look and see if we can find it.
Luggage storage
Unfortunately not. We don’t have a luggage room, but we’d be happy to store your baked goods for you at reception – please do let us know if you’d like us to.
Hairdryer, also known as a ‘Föhn’
You’ll find a hairdryer in every flat here.
Make-up mirror
Are you doing the glamour routine today? You’re welcome to borrow a make-up mirror from us at reception.
Dog
Dogs are very welcome here and are allowed in every apartment, except at Riviera Maison. You’re welcome to book your dog in for €20.00 per night. Just let us know 🐶.
Dog cushions
Your four-legged friend deserves to be comfortable too. Simply book a dog cushion for €5.00 a night and make them cosy.

Cushions
Would you like to make yourself extra comfortable and need a second pillow, or perhaps a blanket? Please let us know at reception 🛌.
Payment
Payment is made digitally before check-out. On the day of departure, you’ll receive your personal payment link by email. You can use this to complete your payment with ease.
We and the Bretterbude next door are entirely cashless. You can therefore pay for food, drinks and spa treatments conveniently by card on the spot. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add these charges to your apartment bill. 💳
Parking
We have plenty of parking spaces available in front of the Beach Apartments and in the underground car park. Parking costs €6.00 per day. And of course, we have electric charging points too!

Smoking
No, please don’t! We are a non-smoking hotel. 🚭
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and public areas. It is permitted in the outdoor areas and on the balconies!
Umbrella
We in the north are used to rubbish weather and, of course, we’ve got umbrellas to hand. You’re welcome to borrow one from reception. ☔️
Restaurant
You can choose between the Neapolitan pizza club ‘La Tigre’, right here in our main building, and the ‘Strandschuppen’ restaurant next door in the wooden hut.

Reception
There’s no traditional reception at the Beach Apartments – we keep things nice and relaxed by handling a lot of it digitally. Check-in, check-out and your digital key can all be managed conveniently via your guest portal (which you’ll have received in advance via a link).
Do you still have a personal enquiry or need some help? Then just pop round to the Bretterbude next door. Our team will be happy to assist you there.
Room service
Unfortunately, we do not offer room service at the Beach Apartments. However, you are welcome to take food from the restaurant back to your apartment on request.
SPA
The Ocean Spa is open from 10.00 to 22.00.
Taxi
We’d be happy to call a taxi for you at reception, or you can book one yourself by calling 04833 669 (Taxi Thiessen).
Wi-Fi
You can use the Wi-Fi at the Bretterbude. Just log in and you’re good to go 🏄🏾♀️
Safe
There is a safe in every apartment here.
Games
If you fancy a quick game, feel free to borrow something from our collection of games at reception.
High chair
It can be borrowed subject to availability, but please do enquire in advance.
Baby accessories
Bottle steriliser, baby monitor, night light, bottle and baby food warmer, children’s toilet seats – all available on request.
