Our second Beach Motel opened in 2016 directly between Heiligenhafen's beach promenade, marina and inland lake - with 115 rooms and suites, in a prime beach location, with wellness & gastronomy. What makes it special: Thanks to the ingenious location, you have a marvellous view of the water from almost every room in our lifestyle hotel.

Here you can enjoy a varied breakfast, cakes from our own patisserie and a colourful mix of dishes from our regional cuisine. We have gone to great lengths to find the right accommodation for everyone. And dug deep into the diversity box. The result is classic double rooms, airy lofts and cosy friends and family rooms as well as chic junior suites and individual themed suites with sea views.

Heiligenhafen combines many different facets like no other town on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic coast: Here, a historic old town with picturesque brick and half-timbered houses and a beautiful market square meets a very active fishing harbour, where boats unload their fresh catch every day and sell the odd fish morsel directly from the cutter.
Your physical well-being is taken care of! You can feast at the Holyharbour Café & Grill: in the morning you can expect a hearty breakfast, at lunchtime we serve lunch - and for the small appetite in between there are cakes, tarts and hot dishes. In the evening, we offer tasty fish and meat variations, delicious burgers and crispy salads. Those who prefer a more relaxed approach should stop by our Mama Yummy pizza deli - whether on site, to-go for the room or for the beach. And if you fancy a nightcap, you'll find what you're looking for on our extensive cocktail menu in the Amore Bar!

In our opinion, Heiligenhafen is an undiscovered pearl on the Baltic Sea - and therefore predestined for your Baltic Sea holiday. Just under an hour's drive from Hamburg, one thing is immediately apparent in the town: Water is the big theme here. The Baltic Sea, of course, but there is also a fishing harbour and an inland lake, so you actually feel like you're on the water all the time in Heiligenhafen.
If you are drawn directly to the sea, you can stroll across the newly designed pier, which opened in 2012 and has some nice gimmicks in addition to its 435 m length: a bathing deck, various seating and sunbathing options, glazed sections, restaurants and play areas for children.
But there is also plenty to discover on land: a 230-hectare nature reserve with numerous bird and plant species, for example, as well as the quaint old town of Heiligenhafen with its cafés, restaurants and shops. And nearby you will find the beautiful Hanseatic city of Lübeck, the Hansa-Park Sierksdorf (great for a trip with children) or the island of Fehmarn.
